Spring Yin Yoga: Take the Journey with Us

To commemorate the Spring Equinox, Kristen will lead a 75-minute Yin Yoga ritual practice. We'll honour the transition from winter to spring, a period of new beginnings, new birth, and new inspirations in this practice. Bhakti yoga is the deep devotion that sustains the light of our hearts when we combine our practice with spiritual intention. We are the pioneers of Spring Yin Yoga in Vancouver and have been fortunate enough to help people heal themselves. What is Spring Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced yoga practice for exercise that incorporates traditional Chinese medical ideas and uses asanas (postures) held for more extended periods than other varieties. This practice combines:

  • Yin Yoga postures for springtime.

  • The Divine Light mantra. 

  • Guided visualization for new birth.

To allow you to take the sessions at your own pace and space, you will be given access to pre-recorded classes for a period of 30 days.
