Kristen McCarthy is a yoga teacher and registered counsellor from Vancouver, Canada, who specializes in somatic therapy and holistic mental health. For over 15 years, she's led thousands of students through the transformational practices of yoga and meditation. She's a student of traditional yoga therapy, and trains students, teachers and wellness practitioners in Yoga Nidra meditation with her yoga alliance certified online program Journey Into Wisdom.
