6-Week Summer Yoga Journey

​​As summer unfolds, nature reminds us to open, expand, and radiate warmth. Yet, often the long days and bright sun can disperse our energy and we can easily lose touch with our own centre. Inner Light is a gentle 6-week yin yoga journey designed to help you stay connected to your practice throughout the summer season. 

Slow Down. Soften. Reflect.

Through practices inspired by yoga therapy principles, like soothing yin yoga practices, mindful hatha yoga classes, guided meditations and self-reflections, you’ll approach your practices from the wisdom of the season. Practices to balance the Fire element, cool Pitta dosha, open your heart to joy, and replenish your energy so you can move through the season with vitality and ease.

What's Included 

🌙 6 Weeks of Yin Yoga & Hatha Yoga Practices 

​Carefully crafted sequences to cool your nervous system, soothe your mind, and nourish your energy during the summer season. You'll receive practices that focus on pitta dosha, heart meridian and morning and evenings practices.

🌙 Weekly Guided Meditations 

Meditations to support your nervous system, cultivate inner stillness, and tend to your inner light during the season of outward activity. A Yoga Nidra for summer is included.​​

 ðŸŒ™ Weekly Journal Prompts & Reflections

Deepen your self-reflection with weekly journal prompts that align your intentions with the natural cycles of summer and the lunar phases.

​Receive 6  bonus new moon and full moon yin yoga ritual practices for the astrology of the summer lunar cycles - from the summer solstice to the autumn equinox. â€‹

How it Works

  • This journey is self-paced and mindfully structured to unfold over six weeks, guiding you from the summer solstice into the fullness of the season.

  • Practices are pre-recorded and available on-demand in HD format inside my online classroom. 

  • Maintain access to the practices for 3 months (until September 21st) so you can continue your journey throughout the whole season, if you choose.

About Your Teacher

Kristen McCarthy is a yoga and meditation teacher from Vancouver, Canada. Since 2009, she's led thousands of students through the transformational practices of yoga. Kristen is a committed student of traditional yoga therapy, yoga psychology, Ayurveda, somatic healing and counselling psychology for the whole human being.

She is the creator of the Yoga with Kristen youtube channel and the Heart of the Heart seasonal yin yoga membership. Kristen also certifies students, teachers and wellness practitioners in Yoga Nidra meditation with her beloved online program Journey Into Wisdom.
