Kristen McCarthy is a Vancouver-based yoga instructor and the creator of the Yoga with Kristen YouTube channel. She's led thousands of students through the transformational practises of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra meditation in her over a decade of teaching. She is passionate about teaching students the significant benefits of a personal home yoga practice.
